MC  Nylon is a kind of engineering material with extensive application in almost all industries and sectors like heavy machinery and  equipment, elevator, shipbuilding, railway,. petroleum, wind towers, construction etc., 

The products developed by our producer have been widely used in steel belt elevators, villa and home elevators, passenger , sightseeing, goods lifting and all similar elevators and similar. It is a certain casting product from by pouring the dissolved caprolactam monomer of catalyst in various moulds with further reaction under ordinary pressure through negative ion polymerization technology. Molecular weight of MC nylon can reach up to 70.000 to 100.000, 3 times of common nylon 6 and nylon 66. Thus, its comprehensive mechanical property is far better than other nylon materials, it is one of the important energy conservation material. The products as MC nylon pulleys, slippers, liners and gears etc.
The main caracteristic of those products are:
