Supply Optimization

ZXIC has many years of experience in steel and railway industry. We have established a long-term cooperative relationship with many mills to make sure we can have steady and qualified supply.  Currently our main source of supply is from Mainland China and Turkey, now expanding to other countries.

On the frame of our supply chain we select best option and most suitable supplier for the customers’ needs and offer them best suited and best priced supply program. When we make our selection of supplier, we act in knowledge of customers demand of competitive price, good quality and on time deliveries. We use our advantages in every aspect to lower the purchasing cost, lower the transportation cost and eliminate unnecessary miscellaneous expenses in favor of customers.

Quality Control

Prior to production, we communicate with customers on information comprehensively to specify product application, standard and special requirements on quality and size and based on those requirements order given to the production mill according to the technical agreement.  During the production, our quality control teams supervise the production process of the mills and make quality control on actual products. Before the shipment, if required by customer we arrange internationally well-known third-party inspection organizations to carry out the quality inspection again and check product appearance, dimensions and quantity, also supervise the loading process to make sure that the products delivered fulfill the requirements of customers.

Logistics Support

Logistic is one of the important aspects of the business, maintain good relationship with main- stream logistic companies, ports, shipping agents and insurance companies would guarantee on time shipments and could create price advantage that we can use in favor of the customer.          

                       

                                                          

After-sale Service

As ZXIC we follow up our cargos from production until endues, checking the process and feedback any issue to our manufacturers, if there is any problem, either on quality wise or on technical issue or on making some adjustment, we carefully handle and solve it together with our partners and strictly carry out our obligation in line with the contract and do even more.
